HESS was the construction manager for this multi-agency training academy, which serves law enforcement, firefighters and emergency personnel throughout Montgomery County. The project site spans across 88 acres and includes the construction of a multitude of building types. Constructing this complex campus required extensive site utility and site development work.

Energy-saving features can be found throughout the design and includes vegetative roofs, water efficient landscaping, low VOC interior finishes and recycled content materials.
