This $24.3 million multi-phased occupied 78,336-SF renovation and 27,000-SF addition to the elementary school was completed during the school year. The project added 12 new classrooms and support spaces that included gymnasium, kitchen, library, multi-purpose room and administration space. This expanded the school’s capacity by 140 students. The project also included building systems improvements, site improvements, multi-modal transportation and pedestrian access.
