HESS provided construction management services for the 77,000-SF renovation and 25,000-SF addition to the existing facility, originally constructed in 1960. The proposed construction will consist of one-story additions located at the northern and eastern areas of the existing school building as well as the two interior courtyards. The additions will be masonry framed and consist of interior columns with some interior and perimeter bearing walls. The new facility will include a media center, multipurpose room, complete gut/rebuild of all MEP systems, additional classrooms and a new kitchen. Site improvements includes exterior building improvements, new parking lot, bus loop, play areas and athletic fields.
