HESS provided preconstruction and construction services for the Cherry Hill Elementary / Middle School renovation and addition project in Baltimore, Maryland as a part of the 21st Century School’s initiative. Significant MEP, life safety and exterior upgrades were required to rehabilitate the existing structure. The remaining part of the building was renovated and incorporated into the upgraded facility.
