The five-story, 65,000-SF STEM building houses classrooms and laboratories for alternative energy technology, cyber security programs, engineering, biotechnology, anatomy, physiology, chemistry, and mathematics. The high-intensity laboratory spaces include controlled HVAC systems, casework, fume hoods, ventilation, and chemical storage.
