HESS completed the revitalization of the 40,000 square-foot Overlook Elementary School. The project included renovations to the existing building, replacement of the mechanical and electrical systems, and the addition of 21,000 square-feet of space. Additions to the school included a new kitchen, cafeteria, gymnasium, music and arts rooms, library, and dedicated before-and-after-school daycare area. Construction activities were sequenced in a phased plan that allowed students and staff to remain on the 11.6 acre site throughout the renovation.
