The 6,100-SF two-story library addition is nestled at the rear of the main academic building, perched on a steep campus hillside. The project included interior renovations of the existing building to accommodate building code issues and construction of a new free standing 1,800-SF maintenance building nearby.

Through extensive measures taken by HESS to protect and separate the school population from the work areas, the school and existing library remained operational during construction.
